I&#039;ve worked with Cisco products for years. They do have AWESOME support, once you buy the support package. Still, the cost of the Enterprise hardware is hardly justified for what it really is (low powered computers running open source or minimalistic apps that do very simplistic tasks). For my money, open source and learning how to support it myself has turned out to be far less expensive.</description>
