I have a problem. I have two/three guys I need to get trained up in Flex to the point where they are able to build fairly complex apps (therefore, proper training, not the usual Adobe fluff)
So, here’s a call to the community – who can help me?

I’m an adobe trainer, having worked on Flash / cold fusion etc for many years along with Premeire / fireworks etc. Currently working 3 days a week consultancy on Flex – would be interested in helping – what sort o training are you looking for?
I don’t know the skill level that your devs are at now but I’d suggest the Lynda.com Flex videos for a quick immersion. You don’t want to pay consultants the big bucks to teach the basics. Get past that and then bring someone in who can get them over the hump, so to speak.

Similar to Lynda, I highly recommend the training videos from Total Training. I’ve used their solutions to ramp up my team.
