Lots of UGs are now given dedicated servers for free and maybe you can work something out there? Not sure about the UKCFUG, but the ScottishCFUG have a dedicated server provided free of charge by Firstserv. As long as Firstserv were OK about it I'm sure we could host feed squirrel?
